a. Make certain that your DVD player is plugged in and turned on. Also make certain that all connections to your television are completed according to the instruction manual. Also make sure your batteries are new.
b. Remove the DVD from the player and clean it. Use a soft cloth and wipe from the inside to the outside in a straight line.
c. Please make sure that the microphone switch is turned on.

a. It was tested on a variety of DVD players and it should work on most models. There may be some difficulty with some of the older DVD players but for the great majority, this should not be a problem.
